The warranty of the products offered by Empresa, SL is of 2 years.
The customer enjoys a total warranty (return of the product and delivery of a new one) in the event that the product has an anomaly within the first week, as long as the item, packaging, and accessories are returned in perfect condition . All costs associated with the return, via SEUR 24 HOURS, will be the responsibility of Empresa, SL.
After one week, the customer should contact Empresa, SL directly, by any means of contact published on its webpage, in order to deal with the procedure of getting the item to a specialised place or replacing it if it cannot be repaired.
Delivery costs will be the responsibility of Empresa, SL provided that it is done through SEUR 24 HOURS. The simplest way is to send the item to Empresa, SL to XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX after having notified Empresa, SL of what is wrong.
For any manufacturing or operational defect in products bought from Empresa, SL, the manufacturer is solely responsible. In order to activate the warranty, the following must be presented:
